Deliveries are made by Mondial Relay. The delivery of your knives is also offered from 200 € of purchase for mainland France and Corsica.

All your payments are fully secure by our E-commerce solution provided by Crédit Agricole.

DELIVERY TIMES

A large part of our products are produced on demand, so it takes an average of 2 weeks of design and 4 days for delivery in mainland France.

All our products which are in stock will be dispatched within 4 working days with the help of our partner Mondial Relay.

For certain products, a specific delivery time is indicated on the product sheet; please take this into account.

Each item is fully insured against loss or damage by our partner in order to guarantee the proper reception of your order.

 

30 DAY RETURN - FREE RESHIPPING

If however the order is not suitable, the Customer has a period of 30 days (from receipt of the Products) to express to Venturi Coutellerie his willingness to retract, without having to justify reasons or pay a penalty, by a registered letter sent to Venturi Coutellerie or by email at frederi@venturi-coutellerie.com.

Returns must be made in their original state and complete (packaging, accessories, user guide) following the communication of withdrawal decision. Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

In case of using the right of withdrawal, Venturi Coutellerie will reimburse the amounts paid, including delivery costs, within 14 days of notification of the Customer's request and via the same means of payment as that used when ordering.

Venturi cutlery can defer reimbursement until recovery of the products or until the customer has provided proof of the shipment of these products, the date chosen being that of the first of these facts. Venturi cutlery is not liable for reimbursement of additional costs resulting from a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery method.

Once the email has been sent, you will be contacted within 15 days by our after-sales service. You may be asked for additional information.

Blade maintenance service

Venturi Coutellerie offers a blade maintenance and repair service, carried out in our workshop. Please send your knife to Venturi Coutellerie - SAV - 98 avenue Leon Ferrat - 13100 le Tholonet, with indication of the service chosen and your payment by check.

Sharpening Service

The blade is little used, the operation consists in remaking the wire of the blade on a height of approximately 1 mm. Package of 14 € (including return shipping costs)

Expert service

The blade is little used, the operation consists in remaking the wire of the blade on a height of approximately 10 mm. Package of 20 € (including return shipping costs)

Repair Service (pocket knives)

We offer this service to give a second life to your knife by replacing the faulty component.

Please send by email to frederi@venturi-coutellerie.com a photo of the product for validation of the feasibility. You will receive confirmation within 14 days.

After confirmation from us, please send the knife to Venturi cutlery - SAV - 98 avenue Leon Ferrat - 13100 le Tholonet, with indication of the service chosen and your payment by check.

The knife will be returned to you by registered post with acknowledgment of receipt. Repair package (including return shipping costs):

VENTURI GUARANTEE

Guarantee service

In case of manufacturing defect, Venturi Cutlery items are guaranteed for 2 years and exchanged at the request of the buyer et échangés à la demande de l’acheteur.

Damage resulting from ordinary wear and tear, improper use, modification or disassembly of the item is not covered by the Venturi Cutlery warranty.

The implementation of the biennial guarantee is described in the following paragraph. 

Legal assurances

Pursuant to Directive 99/44 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 May 1999 on certain aspects of the sale and guarantees of consumer goods, the Buyer has legal rights, such as the guarantee of conformity and the warranty for hidden defects, the validity of which is not affected by this warranty. In particular, under French law, the seller remains bound by the legal guarantee of conformity mentioned in articles L. 217-4 to L. 217-12 of the Consumer Code and that relating to defects in the thing sold, under the conditions provided for in articles 1641 to 1648 and 2232 of the civil code, extracts of which appear below.

Article L217-4 of the Consumer Code: “The seller delivers goods that comply with the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity existing upon delivery. He is also responsible for any lack of conformity resulting from the packaging, the assembly instructions or the installation when the latter has been charged to him by the contract or has been carried out under his responsibility. "

Article L217-5 of the Consumer Code: "The goods comply with the contract:
1 ° If it is suitable for the use usually expected of a similar good and, if applicable:
- if it corresponds to the description given by the seller and has the qualities that the latter presented to the buyer in the form of a sample or model;
- if it has the qualities that a buyer can legitimately expect in view of the public statements made by the seller, by the producer or by his representative, in particular in advertising or labeling;
2 ° Or if it has the characteristics defined by mutual agreement by the parties or is suitable for any special purpose sought by the buyer, brought to the knowledge of the seller and which the latter has accepted. "
